Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fit-Out Sr/Site Engineer to oversee and manage the interior fit-out works at Airports. The role requires hands-on experience in site execution, coordination, and quality control for commercial, retail, or hospitality fit-out projects. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all site activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily on-site fit-out activities, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, materials, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of work.
• Prepare and review site reports, schedules, progress updates, and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures on site.
• Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site in a timely and efficient manner.
• Verify material deliveries and ensure they meet required specifications.
• Liaise with the design and procurement team to ensure correct implementation of fit-out elements.
• Monitor and report on progress, productivity, and workforce requirements.
• Support in snagging and de-snagging processes, ensuring a defect-free handover.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (commercial, hospitality).
• Proven track record of managing site works and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, materials, and methods.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
• Knowledge of local construction laws and regulations is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience working in F&B Industries
• Knowledge of MEP integration within fit-out works.
