Designation: Assistant Manager - Account Receivable Location: Sector 44, Gurgaon Haryana Key Responsibilities 1. Collection Activities: Monitor assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts. Contact customers via phone, email, and other methods to collect payments. Resolve billing and payment discrepancies promptly. 2. Account Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions with clients. Track and update account status in the company’s financial software. Recommend accounts for escalation. 3. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection activities and account statuses. Provide feedback to the finance controller on recurring issues or challenges. Assist in preparing documentation for audits and legal proceedings. 4. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments professionally. Maintain a customer-focused approach while enforcing payment obligations. Build strong relationships with clients to facilitate ongoing payment reliability. Experience: 5+ years in collections, accounts receivable, or a related role. Strong understanding of billing and collections procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 1. Installation & Commissioning of the Access Control System & CCTV System/fire Alarm System/Intrusion Alarm System/Door Panel Installation in the Client Site. Strategic planning of complete maintenance operations & ensuring smooth functioning of the site to achieve the set targets as per the quality standards. 2. Service/Maintenance Support as per Client requirement, Visit the Client site and understand the issue and resolve 3. Managing the Security Device installation and Maintenance part 4. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of Projects and Services across PAN India to ensure all services are delivered on- time and within defined budgets. 5. Coordinate SLA creations and ensure team follows best practices and maintain SLAs. 6. Develop service improvement plans, monitor department issues and client complaints. 7. Ensure customer/business, client, support, technical parties are represented in the definition and evolution of services. 8. Develop a detailed service plan to monitor and track progress and ensure resource availability at all locations. 9.
