You are a dynamic and detail-oriented HR and Administration Specialist, responsible for managing core HR functions and day-to-day administrative operations at Simpencil. Your role requires a hands-on approach and excellent organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Your responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, seamless onboarding of new employees, maintaining employee records, handling exit formalities, managing employee databases, coordinating podcast guest management, tracking studio inventory, managing employee medical insurance policies, overseeing attendance and leave management, and generating internal communication materials such as monthly newsletters. In terms of administration, you will be in charge of office management, vendor management, housekeeping supervision, asset management, and expense and bills management. Your key skills and qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field, 2 years of experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of HR practices, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
