Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time Salary: 45,000 - 60,000 per month Role & responsibilities : Generate sales leads through networking and professional contacts. Travel across the sales territory to meet potential clients. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions. Demonstrate products, services, and solutions effectively. Review technical documents (drawings, plans, etc.) and prepare detailed proposals. Present cost-benefit analyses to clients. Negotiate offers, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Conduct and attend regular sales review meetings. Achieve payment collection targets and expand market presence. Develop and implement strategies to promote technological products. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Preferred candidate profile : Proven experience in sales within the automation technology industry. Ability to generate and pursue sales leads independently. Strong negotiation skills. Knowledge of industrial automation products, control panels, and related projects. Strategic thinking with a focus on achieving results. Customer and vendor management expertise. Familiarity with products like Sensors, PLCs, Drives, Switchgear, MCC, PCC, SCADA, and DCS. Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering (preferred). Experience: 2-12 years in sales and marketing in the automation and electrical market. Proven experience in order acquisition, estimation, and offer preparation.
