As a 2D/3D Animation & VFX Faculty member at our institution located in Marthandam, you will play a crucial role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our students in the field of animation and visual effects. Your duties will include delivering interactive and informative lessons on 2D and 3D Animation, as well as Visual Effects. It is essential that you keep yourself updated with the latest trends and tools in the animation and VFX industry to ensure the relevance of the training you provide. Your lessons should be concept-driven and tailored to meet the demands of the industry. The ideal candidate for this position should possess proficiency in various software tools including Autodesk Maya, Unreal Engine, Silhouette fx, Houdini, Adobe After Effects, Nuke, or similar applications. A strong grasp of animation principles encompassing modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and compositing is essential. Your creative mindset and enthusiasm for VFX, animation, and teaching will be instrumental in inspiring and guiding students effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills are also crucial for this role. While prior industry experience is considered advantageous, a deep passion for animation, visual effects, and education is paramount.
