Signage Graphic Designer

As a Signage Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in bringing visual environments to life through innovative and effective signage design in Riyadh, KSA. Your primary focus will be on creating visual communications that inform, direct, and inspire across physical and digital spaces, encompassing wayfinding systems, environmental graphics, digital displays, and branded installations. You will be responsible for designing compelling, clear, and brand-aligned graphics for physical signage and digital displays across various environments such as retail spaces, corporate offices, events, and public areas. Collaborating with architects, interior designers, marketing teams, and signage fabricators will be essential to bring signage concepts to fruition. Additionally, you will need to translate brand guidelines into scalable signage systems that are consistent, accessible, and visually impactful. Preparing print-ready and production-ready files with precise specifications, developing layouts and presentations to convey design intent, and creating digital content for screen-based signage systems are among the key responsibilities you will undertake. It is imperative to stay updated with trends in environmental graphic design (EGD), typography, materials, and new signage technologies. Ensuring ADA and local code compliance for public signage will also be part of your duties, requiring participation in site visits and walkthroughs. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Environmental Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in designing signage, wayfinding systems, or large-format print/digital graphics. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, familiarity with print production, motion design skills, and knowledge of signage materials and fabrication techniques are essential technical skills. Moreover, strong attention to detail, excellent visual storytelling abilities, and effective project management skills will be crucial soft skills required for this position. If you have experience with digital signage platforms, knowledge of 3D modeling software for spatial planning, or familiarity with UX/UI design for interactive signage, it would be considered a plus.
