As a Siemens Teamcenter Lead, your role involves developing and configuring software systems for various stages of the product lifecycle. Your responsibilities include being a Subject Matter Expert with in-depth knowledge and experience, as well as having influencing and advisory skills to facilitate team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams. You are also required to provide solutions to problems that apply to various teams, facilitate workshops and discussions for gathering requirements and feedback from stakeholders, and mentor junior professionals to enhance their technical and soft skills.
