Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sr. Sales Engineer to join our team in Raipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business development for our product portfolio, including Automation Systems, Instrumentation, Electrical Panels (MCC, PCC, IMCC), HT & LT Panels. Experience with Schneider PLCs, DCS, VFDs is highly preferable. Key Responsibilities • Sales & Business Development • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth targets. • Identify and explore new business opportunities in electrical, Automation, VFD, Instrumentation and industrial solutions sector. • Drive sales of PLC, VFD, MCC, PCC, Instruments products through direct sales and project contractors. • Client & Market Engagement • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, industrial clients, and government bodies. • Negotiate and close large-scale sales contracts and turnkey installation projects. • Conduct product presentations • Market Intelligence & Strategy • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. • Provide feedback to product development and management teams to enhance offerings. • Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Key Skills & Competencies • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems (MCC, PCC, VFD, PLC). • Proven track record of B2B sales, project sales in electrical/electronic industry. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Prepare commercial offers, technical proposals, and tender documentation. • Coordinate with design, project, and service teams to ensure smooth order execution. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors, market trends, and product advancements. • Strategic thinker with strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills. Required Qualifications: • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering. • 2-5 years of experience in sales or technical support of industrial automation, electrical panels, or similar domain. • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong technical aptitude with a solution-selling mindset. • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting. Additional Requirements: • Local domicile of Chhattisgarh is mandatory. • Must be willing to travel within the region for client visits and business development. Role Overview The Electrical Costing & Design Manager will be responsible for end-to-end electrical design, estimation, and techno commercial costing of EPC and system integration projects. The role requires close coordination with sales, engineering, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure technically sound, cost-effective, and competitive project bids. Key Responsibilities 1. Electrical Design & Engineering Prepare basic & detailed electrical designs for industrial projects including: HT & LT Power Distribution Systems MCCs, PCCs, VFD Panels, PLC/DCS Panels Transformers, DG sets, UPS systems Cable sizing, routing, earthing & lighting systems Develop SLDs, GA drawings, control schematics, cable schedules, load lists, and BOQs Ensure compliance with IEC / IS / IEEE standards and client specifications 2. Costing, Estimation & Proposal Support Prepare accurate project cost estimates for electrical packages Analyze RFQs, tender documents, and customer technical specifications Finalize BOQs, cost break-ups, margin analysis, and pricing strategy Support sales & proposal teams in techno-commercial clarifications and negotiations Optimize designs for cost reduction without compromising quality. 3. Vendor & Procurement Coordination Identify and evaluate vendors for electrical equipment and panels Obtain and evaluate vendor techno-commercial offers Finalize technical datasheets and vendor selections Support procurement team during ordering and execution stages 4. Project Execution Support Provide engineering support during project execution and commissioning Handle technical deviations, change orders, and site clarifications Coordinate with site teams to resolve design or execution challenges Ensure smooth handover from proposal to execution stage 5. Team Leadership & Process Improvement Lead and mentor electrical design & costing engineers Establish standard costing templates, design checklists, and estimation tools Support continuous improvement in engineering quality and bid accuracy Required Skills & Competencies Strong expertise in Electrical Design & Costing for EPC / Automation projects Hands-on experience with AutoCAD / EPLAN / ETAP (preferred) Strong understanding of HT/LT systems, drives, panels, and power distribution Commercial acumen and strong analytical skills Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids Good communication and stakeholder management skills Educational Qualification B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory) M.E.
