Job Summary: The HR Executive is responsible for managing various human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labour laws. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment : job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Assist in payroll processing and leave management. Coordinate training and development programs for staff. Support in performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes. Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure a positive work culture. Prepare and issue HR letters , such as offer letters, appointment letters, and experience certificates. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies . Plan and execute employee engagement activities . Assist management in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies . Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR (freshers with internship experience may also apply). Good knowledge of HR procedures, labour laws, and payroll processes. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems (HRMS).
