Logon www.shypfy.com Role Overview As a Business Development Leader in Delhi, you’ll spearhead new client acquisition and partnerships within the D2C and e‑commerce segment. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, foster relationships, and close high-value deals, driving revenue growth and market penetration for Shypfy’s fulfillment and logistics platform. Key Responsibilities Business Planning & Strategy : Craft and implement a business plan with clear timelines for acquiring new clients in Delhi and surrounding regions. Consultative Selling : Act as a solutions consultant—understand client pain points, tailor logistics propositions (e.g. warehousing, pick-pack-ship, returns), and build trusted relationships. Lead Generation & Prospecting : Build and manage a robust sales funnel through cold outreach, networking, on-ground initiatives, and managing referrals. Pipeline & Deal Management : Track all sales stages, collaborate with pre-sales, and manage RFPs, pricing, contract negotiations, and closure. Team Leadership & Mentorship : Lead and develop a junior sales/BD team to collectively meet targets. CRM & Reporting : Maintain accurate client data in CRM; deliver regular insights and performance updates to the CEO/CRO. Qualifications & Experience: 3+ years in front-line business development, sales, or supply chain consulting (especially within D2C logistics, 3PL, or freight). Proven success in closing large-scale e-commerce/fulfillment deals. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Commercial acumen and consultative selling capability.
