We're scaling aggressively and need a sharp SaaS salesperson who can convert warm leads into long-term customers. Selected Sales Executive’s Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include: 1. Inbound Lead Handling & Conversion Respond to inbound leads from ads, WhatsApp, website, and referrals Qualify leads and understand their business operations, pain points, and urgency Conduct structured, high-clarity product demos over Zoom/Meet Position SHVYA as the best-fit solution using strong value-selling Build customized proposals for CRM / Inventory needs Drive the full sales cycle: follow-up → negotiation → closing Maintain updated lead stages and notes inside CRM 2. Client Communication & Problem Analysis Ask strong discovery questions to uncover client’s real issues in stock management, billing, workflow, task management, and reporting Explain product features in simple language that non-technical owners understand Educate clients on the difference between SHVYA vs typical CRM/ERP Handle objections confidently (pricing, features, deployment) Build trust and long-term relationships with founders & business owners 3. Coordination, Strategy & Handover Align daily with the founder for messaging, pitch refinement, and lead priority Work with the onboarding team to ensure smooth customer transition post-sale Share insights from calls to improve product roadmaps and sales strategy Prepare weekly pipeline reports and performance updates 4. Sales Discipline & Target Achievement Hit monthly revenue and conversion targets Maintain daily activity logs (calls, demos, follow-ups) Keep pipeline clean, structured, and always updated Operate with high ownership and zero follow-up dependency Additional Candidate Preferences: 1. Experience & Sales Capability 2–3 years of SaaS / CRM / ERP / POS sales experience (mandatory) Demonstrated ability to close deals with SMEs and founders Experience in selling technical or workflow-heavy software 2. Communication & Selling Skills Excellent spoken & written English + Hindi Ability to simplify tech concepts for non-tech users Strong demo presentation skills Confident objection handling and negotiation High energy, positive attitude, and strong follow-up discipline 3.
