Business Development Executive (Hospital Onboarding) – GSP Lifecare Services Location: Rewa, Madhya Pradesh (Work From Office) Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Healthcare | ICU Setup & Hospital Management Company: GSP Lifecare Services, Rewa (M.P.) About the Role GSP Lifecare Services is hiring a Business Development Executive who will work from our Rewa office and find hospitals across India (online & offline) for ICU partnerships. Your role is to identify hospitals, contact decision-makers, present our ICU models, and help convert them into active business partners. Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation (Online + Offline) Search and identify hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare centers across India Use Google Maps, JustDial, LinkedIn, and other online platforms for data sourcing Make calls, send emails, and create outreach lists from the office 2. Hospital Outreach Contact hospital owners, administrators, CEOs, and decision-makers Introduce GSP Lifecare’s ICU models (Prime & Compact) Schedule online meetings for management Professional communication with daily follow-up 3. Business Conversion Keep continuous follow-up until hospital onboarding is complete Assist management during MoU finalization Maintain proper CRM/reporting sheets 4. Office-Based Coordination Entire work will be done from Rewa office only No field travel unless specially required (travel support provided) Actively report daily performance to the Director Qualifications Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred but not mandatory) Good communication & negotiation skills Experience in healthcare sales / pharma / hospital marketing preferred Freshers with strong communication also eligible Compensation & GrowthPhase 1 – First 1 Month Incentive-based only Attractive payout for qualified hospital leads Phase 2 – After First Hospital Conversion Once you onboard even 1 hospital (any model – Prime or Compact), your fixed monthly salary will start immediately — whether ICU setup takes 5 days or 1 month.
