This role offers hands-on experience with woodworking tools, CNC laser machines, and quality assurance processes.Key Responsibilities:Cut, shape, and assemble wooden components using hand tools and machinery.Operate and maintain laser engraving/cutting machines for precise detailing.Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design layouts.Perform finishing tasks including sanding, polishing, and surface treatments.Carry out basic machine maintenance and resolve minor technical issues.Collaborate with design and production teams to deliver top-notch products.Ensure safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workshop.Apply quality control checks to maintain precision and consistency.Education & Qualifications:Education: Certification or diploma in Carpentry, Woodcrafting, CNC Operations, or related fields.Technical Skills:Familiarity with wood types, cutting, and finishing methods.Experience with laser cutting/engraving (preferred; training can be provided).Proficient with measuring tools and woodworking instruments.Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, team player, eager to learn, and solution-oriented.Preferred Experience:Open to both freshers and experienced technical diploma or polytechnic graduates.Prior exposure to woodworking, furniture crafting, or CNC laser machines is a plus.
