Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Engineer, based in Mumbai. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and technical support, performing preventive maintenance, and providing exceptional customer service. The engineer will travel to client sites to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of equipment, addressing and resolving technical issues promptly. Qualifications Experience in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills Excellent Customer Service skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site Technical qualification in Engineering or related field is preferred
