Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Showroom Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in the showroom, understanding their needs, showcasing products, and closing sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Greet and engage with walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and services. Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the showroom. Assist customers in product selection and explain features, benefits, and pricing. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Manage product displays and ensure stock availability. Handle billing and basic documentation if required. Follow up with potential leads and existing customers. Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary. Requirements:Education: Minimum 10th / 12th pass; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in showroom or retail sales (fresher with good communication can also apply). Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused approach Persuasive and confident attitude Basic computer knowledge Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets Working Hours: [e.g., 10 AM – 7 PM, 6 days a week]Benefits: performance bonuses, and other perks
