Job Description

We are hiring Sales Executives to join our boutique jewelry store team. As a frontline ambassador of the brand, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and achieving individual and team sales target Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism Engage with clients to understand their preferences and suggest suitable products Provide detailed information about jeweler, including craftsmanship, materials, and care Close sales confidently and contribute to monthly revenue goals Process billing transactions and handle post-sale follow-up for client satisfaction Maintain store hygiene, merchandise displays, and inventory presentation standards Collaborate with team members to meet daily store goals and ensure smooth operations Requirements Qualifications & Skills:1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or premium fashion/lifestyle brands Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of customer engagement and sales techniques Familiarity with billing systems and basic CRM or customer follow-up tools Well-groomed, presentable, and professional in appearance Basic knowledge of jewelry products and terminology is a plus Must be Fluent in English, Kannada and other regional language Ideal Candidate Attributes: Energetic, customer-focused, and result-driven Passionate about luxury products and exceptional service Works well in a boutique environment with individual attention to clients Interested in a long-term career in retail or the jewelry industry Benefits ₹20,000–₹25,000/month + Attractive Commissions
