Role & Responsibilities

• Edit

  long-form content

  (interviews, explainer videos, YouTube episodes).
• Create

  short-form content

  ( IG reels, TikToks, promo cuts).
• Design and animate

  motion graphics

  (titles, lower thirds, infographics, transitions).
• Add

  VFX elements

  where needed (green screen, masking, compositing, cleanup).
• Maintain

  consistency

  in all edits (color grading, typography, style).
• Collaborate with creative team to brainstorm new ideas for visuals & storytelling.
  
• Manage

  timely delivery

  of projects while keeping a high standard of quality.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong command of

  Adobe Premiere Pro

  and

  After Effects

  (

  REQUIRED

  unless Substituted for other software like Capcut/Davinci).
• Skilled in

  motion graphics animation

  (text, shapes, infographics).
• Basic to intermediate

  VFX abilities

  (green screen, rotoscoping, tracking, compositing).
• Knowledge of

  DaVinci Resolve

  (bonus, for color grading).
• Understanding of

  sound design basics

  (cleaning audio, syncing, adding SFX).
• Strong

  English communication skills

  (both spoken and written).
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
  
• Creative mindset: able to turn raw footage into an engaging story.
