As an AI Generalist at our company, you will be at the forefront of creativity, innovation, and cutting-edge tools. Your role will involve conceptualizing and bringing to life engaging content, particularly for ads and reels, using AI tools for both scripting and visual storytelling. You will have a significant impact on how brands are presented on digital platforms, requiring you to think like a Creative Head while executing like a Creative Producer, all with AI as your toolkit. If you have a knack for crafting captivating content, creating visually appealing stories, and pushing the boundaries of content creation, we are excited to hear from you. Your responsibilities will include: - Brainstorming and scripting short-form video concepts such as ad films, reels, and branded content that are imaginative, impactful, and culturally relevant. - Utilizing AI tools to conceptualize ideas, generate visuals, and animate scenes. - Managing the complete creative process from writing initial concepts to producing videos and finalizing the end product. - Collaborating closely with creative, strategy, and servicing teams to ensure alignment on tone, objectives, and brand identity. - Continuously exploring new AI tools and techniques to enhance the quality of output, streamline processes, and elevate storytelling. The ideal candidate will possess: - 2-3 years of experience in creative thinking and working with various AI tools, preferably in an agency or content studio setting. - Demonstrated ability to craft concise copy (hooks, captions, scripts) that resonate with the audience. - A portfolio showcasing creative ideas and strong execution skills in reels/ads. - Proficiency in using AI tools throughout the creative workflow, from ideation to implementation. - Capacity to work efficiently while maintaining high creative standards. - A keen eye for visual and narrative storytelling tailored for digital platforms. - Self-motivation, a passion for exploring new creative technologies, and a proactive approach to learning. - Awareness of current Gen AI trends in short-form content, digital platforms, and viral formats. - Expertise with AI Tools like ChatGPT, Grok, Kling, Veo 3, Midjourney, Runway ML, among others.
