About the Role

We’re scaling a monster short-form channel on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts — targeting 50–100 videos per week.
Every single video must be shot natively on a real phone: real hands holding the device, actively tapping, swiping, and using popular apps (Notion, ClickUp, Airtable, etc.). No face required, but it has to feel 100% authentic and instantly addictive.

What You’ll Produce

• 50–100 finished videos per week (once fully ramped)
• 8–20 second clips filmed on your phone
• Hook → demo → CTA in every video
• Trending sounds + big text + smooth zooms/transitions
• Vertical 9:16, ready-to-post files + thumbnails

Responsibilities

• Film yourself (hands only) genuinely using the assigned app on your phone
• Shoot from multiple creative angles every time
• Edit lightning-fast in CapCut (strongly preferred) or Premiere/Final Cut
• Write scroll-stopping hooks daily
• Deliver batches on a tight, consistent schedule

Must-Have

• Current portfolio hitting 50+ viral “hands-on-phone” videos per week (prove you already work at this volume)
• iPhone or flagship Android + tripod/gimbal for pro-looking shots
• CapCut mastery (or proven ability to edit 50–100 shorts/week in another tool)
• Always on top of trending sounds, text styles, and hooks
• Can churn out 15–25 polished videos per day without quality drop
• Native/fluent English speaker (hooks have to slap)

Nice to Have

• Familiar with Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, etc.
• Can add simple motion graphics or effects quickly
