Shop Assistant

Role Overview: As a Shop Assistant, your main responsibility will be to ensure smooth operations in the shop by receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and deliveries. You will also be in charge of restocking items, assisting customers, and maintaining the shop floor's organization. Additionally, you will be required to inform customers of promotions, conduct price audits, address customer complaints, and maintain a good knowledge of store items to provide advice when needed. Key Responsibilities: - Receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and deliveries - Restocking depleted or low shop items - Assisting customers in locating desired shop items - Informing customers of shop promotions - Performing regular price audits to identify and correct discrepancies - Performing end-of-day cleaning duties, including wiping down windows, mirrors, and fixtures, as well as sweeping and mopping the shop floor - Addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner - Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations Qualifications Required: - Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred - Experience: 1 year of experience as a Shop Assistant or Helper preferred - Language: Proficiency in Hindi preferred Additional Company Details: The job is of full-time and permanent nature with work location being in person.,
