We are looking for a performance-driven insurance sales professional to drive customer acquisition and business growth across multiple channels including Agency, Banca, and Direct Sales . The role involves identifying customer insurance needs, recommending suitable products, closing sales, and ensuring end-to-end customer support. You will build strong relationships with customers, advisors, bank staff, and internal stakeholders to achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Generate leads through field activities, referrals, bank branches, and digital channels Understand customer risk profile and recommend appropriate insurance products Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for premium and policy issuance Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and need-based selling Ensure accurate documentation, onboarding, and post-sales support Channel Enablement Agency: Identify, recruit, and onboard insurance advisors Train advisors on products and sales process Drive advisor activation and performance Support advisors in customer meetings and closures Banca: Work with assigned bank branches to drive insurance penetration Train branch staff on product features and sales techniques Engage with walk-in customers and branch databases Conduct sales camps, HNI meetings, and lead generation activities Direct Sales: Generate direct leads through market mapping, events, and calling Manage personal funnel and sales hygiene using CRM Maintain strong customer relationships and handle objections Relationship Management Build trusted relationships with customers, bank staff, and advisors Develop local market intelligence on competition and products Provide timely communication on policy status and renewals Reporting & Compliance Maintain sales reporting, CRM updates, and funnel metrics Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and company compliance norms Follow documentation, KYC, and data protection standards Required Skills & Competencies Strong communication and negotiation skills Customer-centric and consultative selling approach Ability to influence and build relationships across channels Comfortable with field work, travel, and target-driven environment Basic understanding of Life/Health/General insurance products Proficiency with CRM tools and Excel preferred
