Wanted Production and Quality shift supervisor (Textiles/Garments)

An exciting opportunity to join one of the leading MNC Company in Medical Textiles manufacturing!!!

Urgent requirement – candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.

• Candidates must have a strong background in textiles and garments production, with hands-on experience in quality control processes and standards.
• Supervise and coordinate daily Production/ Quality operations.
• Ensure production/ Quality schedules are adhered to and met.
• Schedule shifts and allocate tasks to ensure optimal productivity
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for regular servicing and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of production, quality, and maintenance activities.
• Provide training for newly assigned line employees
• Dealing with the Manpower and Direct the work of employees assigned to the shift
• Maintain accurate production records and generate reports.

Qualifications :AnyDiploma in Textiles, Bachelor’s degree in textiles or B.Sc. Chemistry, Physics.

Experience : Min 0 to 5years of experience in textiles or garment manufacturing.

Job Location :Palladam (Tiruppur)

Nature of Work: Three Shifts

Salary : 15,000 to 30,000/- Per Month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
