Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a team of warehouse associates to meet daily goals.Track team performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity.Identify and resolve any operational issues quickly.Ensure inventory accuracy and assist in control processes.Prepare shift-wise performance reports and highlight operational challenges.Coordinate with fellow supervisors and management for smooth shift transitions.
RequirementsQualification: Any GraduateExperience: Minimum 2 years in a warehouse or fulfillment centerAge: Below 35 yearsGender: MaleStrong leadership, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills required.
