In my personal experience there are a lot of positive and negative experiences with SWH teams. But then, if you wanted a hussle free and genuine application to have your US RN dream, you should consider Shearwater health!

If I could give these people zero stars I would, currently a nurse with them and this is the worse decision I have ever made. I continue to have issues with my already low pay at this point it is just disrespectful how they treat their employees . Nurses I DO NOT recommend, there are better agencies out there

Not trustworthy. Slow communication. Poor immigration team with no idea/experience with adjustment of status. Wasted my 5 months with them.
