Employment Type: Full-time Reports To: Managing Director & Chairman Position Overview: We are seeking a highly professional and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director & Chairman. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage a diverse range of responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-level corporate environment. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, communications, and activities across national and international locations. Key Responsibilities Manage the MD & Chairman’s complex calendar and schedule across time zones. Organize and coordinate high-level meetings, appointments, and events. Handle sensitive and confidential communications with discretion. Plan and arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries. Prepare and submit expense reports and process reimbursements. Assist with personal tasks and ad-hoc requirements as needed. Act as a liaison between the MD & Chairman and internal/external stakeholders. Maintain structured filing systems and ensure documentation is organized and up-to date. Prepare reports, meeting agendas, and presentations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely execution of executive directives. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree (mandatory); preference given to candidates with a background in Finance. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (verbal and written). Age below 28 years Possess a valid passport or ability to obtain one within one month of joining. Minimum one year of experience in a similar executive support role preferred. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). High level of integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Professional demeanor with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization. Travel Requirements Willingness to travel extensively across India and internationally. Travel expenses will be pre-paid or reimbursed in accordance with company policies. Desired Attributes Sound knowledge of business etiquette and executive protocol. Experience working in a corporate or high-pressure executive setting.
