Key Responsibilities Lead the chemical and laboratory functions for production of water-soluble fertilizers. Oversee testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to maintain consistent quality. Drive process optimization and troubleshoot operational challenges. Develop and improve formulations in alignment with market requirements and regulatory standards. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental protocols. Maintain accurate documentation and quality records as per industry norms. Preferred candidate profile M.Sc. in Chemistry is mandatory. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the Fertilizer / Agrochemical industry. Strong technical knowledge of fertilizer chemistry, especially water-soluble formulations. Demonstrated expertise in quality control, product development, and process improvement. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills. Strong communication abilities with the capability to lead cross-functional teams.
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Chemist/Chief Chemist to handle the quality control for our Water-Soluble Fertilizer Plant . The role involves managing day-to-day lab analysis, ensuring process quality, and maintaining product consistency as per FCO and internal standards. Candidate Profile: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry) or B.Tech (Chemical). 4-10 years of QC experience in fertilizer / agrochemical / chemical manufacturing , preferably water-soluble fertilizers . Good analytical and reporting skills, knowledge of chemical testing methods & documentation. Ready to relocate to Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
