People dump garbage right in the corridors throughout the day inspite of complaining to association, no action was taken. High rent and maintenance with low class attitude. Brokers unnecessarily hype up the place for their own benefits. Not worth it!

Another Falcon City from great prestige builder. Very near metro konekutte cross....Excellent layout design with lots of amenities. Price bit over. But not charge for clubhouses. I recommended it

one of the best malls in south Bengaluru and also the biggest. Lots of options to try and a lot of brands. Also the Lulu hypermarket is the best. Yet to experience the PVR here.

Beautiful place. Entry was easy, very friendly security guys. Flats were very ventilated. Rooms were bit small but there are different types of flats were there. 2bhk to 4bhk. …

The apartments have rooms which are not spacious considering the vast area of the campus. Amenities are great but the layout of the apartments resemble that of a starred hotel layout.

Great apartment but increase in rent without water can be quite challenging. Traffic seems to be biggest problem.
