People dump garbage right in the corridors throughout the day inspite of complaining to association, no action was taken. High rent and maintenance with low class attitude. Brokers unnecessarily hype up the place for their own benefits. Not worth it!

Another Falcon City from great prestige builder. Very near metro konekutte cross....Excellent layout design with lots of amenities. Price bit over. But not charge for clubhouses. I recommended it

The apartments have rooms which are not spacious considering the vast area of the campus. Amenities are great but the layout of the apartments resemble that of a starred hotel layout.
