As an Academic Admin Assistant, you will support academic and administrative operations by handling textbook typing and documentation, maintaining academic records, and assisting in day-to-day office coordination to ensure smooth functioning of academic activities. - Type, format, and proofread academic content, including school textbooks, question papers, circulars, and academic reports. - Assist in basic editing and layout formatting as per academic standards. - Maintain academic records, files, and documentation (physical and digital). - Coordinate with teachers, academic staff, and administration for document collection and updates. - Prepare and update reports, attendance records, and academic schedules as required. - Handle routine office administration tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence. - Support examination-related documentation and academic audits. - Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of academic and student-related information. - Perform other academic or administrative duties as assigned by management. Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum qualification: Any degree / Higher Secondary (as per requirement). - Proven typing skills with good speed and accuracy. - Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and basic document formatting. - Basic editing and proofreading skills preferred. - Good organizational and communication skills.
