Salesforce Tech Lead (LWC)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Development:

    5-12 years of experience using

    object-oriented programming

    concepts.

  • LWC & Apex Expertise:

    Deep understanding of

    Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Integration

    with Salesforce applications.

  • MVC & Design Patterns:

    Expert knowledge of

    MVC-style designing

    and

    developer console usage

    .

  • API & Web Services:

    Experience with

    API testing tools like JMeter and Postman

    for load and performance testing.

  • Middleware & Integration:

    Experience with

    MuleSoft, SOA/BPM middleware layers, EAI/B2B solutions

    .

  • Agile Practices:

    Safe Agile training

    and hands-on experience working in Agile environments.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in

    Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), J2EE, and integration concepts

    .
  • Ability to

    design, develop, and deploy

    solutions in a

    cloud-based environment

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    ESB/SOA/BPM middleware tools like MuleSoft

    .
  • Ability to work

    independently

    and

    collaborate

    with cross-functional teams.
