SEWING LINE QC (FRESHERS)

As a Sewing Line QC at our company, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality standards in garment production. Your responsibilities will include: - Controlling in-line quality and conducting regular inspections of garments to ensure adherence to quality standards. - Educating and evaluating sewing line operators to guide them in maintaining high-quality standards. - Working towards minimizing garment rework, defects, and rejections. - Keeping detailed records of quality checks and inspections. - Providing suggestions for improvements in sewing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. To excel in this role, we are looking for individuals with the following qualifications: - Freshers are welcome to apply, with prior experience in garment manufacturing or quality control being a plus. - Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in Textile/Garment Technology considered advantageous. - Must possess good observation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team. - Basic knowledge of garment stitching, finishing, and quality standards will be beneficial.
