Job Description:We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Personal Secretary to assist senior management in daily administrative and personal tasks. The candidate should be able to manage schedules, handle communication, coordinate meetings, and maintain confidentiality while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the employer’s calendar, appointments, and meetings. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally. Arrange travel, accommodation, and itinerary planning when required. Maintain important documents, records, and files in an organized manner. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents. Coordinate with internal staff, clients, and vendors on behalf of the employer. Handle personal tasks and errands as assigned. Ensure confidentiality and maintain a high level of professionalism. Support in office administration and follow-up activities. Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant. Should have attached photograph in CV for Identification purpose Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently. Professional behavior, confidentiality, and reliability are must.
