Position: Automobile Engineer / Workshop Engineer Location: Noida, India Experience: Minimum 2 years (hands-on) Department: Service Engineering / Workshop Operations / OEM Technical Support Employment Type: Full-Time What You’ll Do 1. Perform advanced diagnostics using OEM tools (OBD, VCI, OEM software). 2. Execute complex mechanical & electrical repairs across vehicle systems. 3. Handle warranty claims, technical escalations, and service reports. 4. Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions. 5. Train and guide technicians; ensure workshop quality & 5S compliance. 6. Support service campaigns, new model readiness, and field quality issues. What Setrans is Looking For 1. B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering. 2. Minimum 2 years in OEM dealerships, OEM ops, or high-quality workshops. 3. Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on diagnostic experience. 4. Knowledge of modern platforms (BS-VI, EV/HEV preferred). 5. Good communication and teamwork capabilities. 6. Driving license preferred. Added Advantage: ITI certification, EV exposure, ADAS experience, OEM certifications.
