Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Microfinance team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with existing and potential customers, explaining financial products such as small loans, and assisting in loan recovery and follow-up. This role is crucial for building trust with low-income customers and promoting financial inclusion. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain loan products (e.g., group loans). Follow up with customers for documentation, KYC verification, and loan disbursement. Assist in EMI collection follow-ups and resolve basic payment-related queries. Educate customers on repayment schedules, interest rates, and financial discipline. Maintain records of calls and customer interactions using company systems. Coordinate with field officers to support disbursal and collection activities. Handle customer complaints or issues and escalate when necessary. Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets. Requirements: Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred. Experience in microfinance, banking, or telecalling is an added advantage. Strong verbal communication skills in [mention languages – e.g., Bengali/Hindi. Basic understanding of financial products like microloans or SHG lending.
