Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of work experience and will be able to work in a hybrid mode. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for the configuration and scripting of the ITSM module of Service Now. This will include performing the necessary tasks for ebonding, such as remote task definition. Additionally, you should have a strong knowledge of the Service Bridge plugin developed by ServiceNow for integration between 2 ServiceNow instances. You will be expected to handle configuration using this plugin for the IM, SR, and CM modules.
