You will be joining our team as a ServiceNow Administrator with over 5 years of experience in Hyderabad. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow configurations to align with business processes and IT operations. You must possess strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform. Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing ServiceNow configurations to meet business requirements, developing custom business applications, and integrating ServiceNow with other systems. Additionally, you will manage user roles, permissions, and access controls, configure security settings, and perform regular backups and maintenance tasks. As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will also be involved in developing and deploying custom applications, creating workflows, forms, and reports, and integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs. You will provide Level 2 support for ServiceNow-related issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex issues. It is essential to stay updated with ServiceNow best practices and industry standards, participate in community forums, and share knowledge with the team to implement best practices effectively. You should have a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, experience with scripting languages like JavaScript and Python, and knowledge of ServiceNow APIs and integrations. In addition to technical skills, excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills are essential for this role. You should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with cloud computing platforms, knowledge of Agile methodologies, and familiarity with the ITIL framework would be advantageous.,
