With a minimum of 10-12 years of experience, including 6-7 years in ServiceNow pre-sales, solutioning, and implementations, you will play a key role in responding to medium to large RFP/RFIs. Your expertise should extend beyond ITSM capability to areas such as ITMB, ITAM, SecOps, ITOM, and IRM, encompassing ServiceNow customer workflows and employee workflows. Your responsibilities will involve understanding business requirements and designing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including pricing and bidding for global clients. It is essential for you to be well-versed in alternative tools to propose the right solutions. You will be tasked with creating proposals, RFP responses, and providing mature answers to techno-functional queries from prospective clients. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong presentation and facilitation abilities. Your experience should include project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communication, decision-making facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of ServiceNow application architecture. Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM/SPM), ITIL V3 Foundation, and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer are beneficial for this position. Your exceptional communication and presentation skills, along with your demonstrated experience in supporting sales campaigns, will be valuable assets.
