ServiceNow functional consultant

As a ServiceNow Consultant at Cloudseed Technologies, you will lead strategic ServiceNow implementations and enhancements to optimize ITSM workflows based on stakeholder needs. You will mentor junior team members, drive adoption of best practices, and deliver impactful business solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and enhancements, aligning platform capabilities with business requirements - Gather and analyze stakeholder needs to design workflows and ITSM processes following ITIL best practices - Configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) and guide integrations with other systems; support data migration - Supervise project delivery and mentor junior consultants in a team size of 8-10 Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5-7 years in ServiceNow functional consulting - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) required - Excellent communication abilities to bridge technical and non-technical audiences - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and experience with business performance analysis Cloudseed Technologies is a global IT services company with clients in the United States, South Africa, Mauritius, and the Middle East.
