As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and managing high-converting paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Your focus will be on driving sales, leads, and conversions to directly impact business profitability. Utilizing your expertise in audience research, targeting strategies, and bidding optimization, you will maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for D2C brands, e-commerce platforms, and service-based businesses. Your role will be crucial in scaling digital revenues for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, design, and web departments to ensure that ad creatives and landing pages are optimized for conversions. Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns regularly will be essential to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Revenue, Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and ROAS. Additionally, you will implement and manage conversion tracking using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel to measure user journeys and funnel performance. Preparing performance reports with actionable insights for internal teams and clients will be a key part of your responsibilities. Staying updated with paid media trends, new ad formats, and best practices across platforms will also be crucial to your success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. A proven track record of driving profitable sales to websites and achieving high ROAS is essential. You should possess a strong understanding of conversion tracking, campaign optimization, and sales funnels, along with experience in e-commerce and/or lead generation campaigns. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Meta Business Manager is required. Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint would be considered a plus. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts are also important qualities for this role.,
