Service Technician - AC & Chiller

The role of Service Technician at CHILTON Refrigeration involves catering to all commissioning, installation, and servicing requirements in the South region of India. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and service of industrial process chillers at customer sites. You should possess the skills to provide timely support to customers with technical queries, address chiller breakdowns efficiently, and offer immediate solutions to customers. Proactive follow-up on customer issues and reporting to the immediate supervisor are essential aspects of this role. Additionally, a willingness to undergo training at CHILTON Refrigeration and readiness to visit customer sites in North India are required. Key Responsibilities: - Maintenance and service of industrial process chillers - Providing timely technical support to customers - Addressing chiller breakdowns and offering immediate solutions - Proactively following up on customer issues and reporting to the supervisor - Willingness to undergo training and visit customer sites in North India Skills Required: - Pressure Testing - Vacuuming - Gas (Refrigerant) Charging/Refilling - Troubleshooting (Some Electrical Knowledge) - Brazing - Machine Servicing & Cleaning - Client Handling Skills - Previous experience in servicing and maintaining refrigeration units and process chillers (water/air/glycol/soda) Education and Experience: - ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration - 1-4 years of work experience (Freshers also considered) Qualifications: - ITI in Refrigeration/Diploma in Refrigeration - Two-wheeler license preferred Language Proficiency: - Local language, Hindi, English Interested candidates can share their resumes at rakhi.raju@chiltonindia.com or contact Rakhi Raju at 8138913381.
