Service & Spare Parts Manager

You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all products and spare parts services to B2B, C&F, Distributors, Dealers, and Sub-dealers. Your role will involve developing business strategies and ensuring the supply of all spare parts. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing service manuals, establishing SOPs, and preparing service/spare parts reports with expertise in MS Office and Excel. Your responsibilities will include providing feedback to management on products and services to ensure customer and channel partner satisfaction. To excel in this role, you must possess good business acumen, a deep understanding of product and spare services, and proficiency in business development. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and technical training abilities are essential. Initiative, proficiency in ERP systems and reporting, and experience in service team management are also required. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Automobile/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering, preferably with a Master's Diploma/Degree in Management. A minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in the automobile industry, specifically in the two-wheeler market, is preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the EV two-wheeler segment. You should be physically fit for fieldwork and travel in the region, preferably vaccinated.
