Service Engineer UV Coating Machines

As a UV Coating Machine Technician, your role involves performing installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of UV coating machines at client sites. You will conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal machine performance, thereby minimizing downtime. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and training to operators or maintenance staff. Keeping service logs, spare parts records, and preparing detailed service reports will also be part of your key responsibilities. In case of complex issues, you will liaise with the technical team to escalate and recommend upgrades. Your qualifications and skills should include a Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or field service of industrial machinery, preferably in coating, printing, or packaging equipment. A good understanding of UV coating systems, along with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, will be essential. Due to the nature of the role, you must be willing to travel frequently to client sites. Strong communication and customer-handling skills are also crucial for this position.
