Service Engineer (Filters & pump)

As a Water Purifier and Pressure Pumps Service Engineer, your primary responsibility will involve field sales and service tasks. You will be required to install water filters, RO systems, and pumps in various settings such as residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Regular maintenance and servicing duties will include lubricating, aligning, and inspecting pump components to prevent potential breakdowns. Post-servicing, you are expected to assess water flow, pressure, and quality to ensure optimal performance. In the event of any issues like low water flow, leakage, unusual noises, or motor failures, your troubleshooting skills will be put to the test. It will be crucial to promptly diagnose and rectify these problems, ensuring a swift response to emergency breakdown calls. Additionally, conducting water quality tests both before and after service appointments (TDS, pH, hardness) and evaluating pump efficiency and energy consumption levels will be part of your routine tasks. Your role will also involve maintaining customer support through diligent order follow-ups and ensuring compliance with safety standards at all times. The job type for this position is Full-time, with benefits such as leave encashment and paid sick time offered. An ideal candidate should possess at least 1 year of experience in water pump servicing, although freshers with relevant knowledge are also encouraged to apply. A willingness to travel up to 50% of the time will be advantageous for this role. The work location will primarily be in person.
