Job Description:- Roles and Responsibilities Attending service calls and complete the job on time. Installation and commissioning of the machines spares recommendation to customer for their machine requirements. Customer handling Service and spares payments follow up. Online support to customer and engineers by phone or Team Viewer Attending software related problems by online. Conduct training to customer for new machines. Making Report for attended service calls and Installation Spares Follow up (Which was not purchased by customer) Machine knowledge and functioning - Panel line machines , Cold press,Panel saw,Beam saw,Edge bander,Multi boring,NC boring,CNC 2409NL Desired Candidate Profile Should have knowledge and experience in Services Excellent English Communication Skills - Spoken and Written. Ability to make important decisions and cope with the pressure. Strong inter-personal skills with a persuasive manner, Project management skills with good planning and organizational abilities, including excellent time management skills.
