Job Description

Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end offshore delivery of multiple IT projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards. Manage and coordinate daily activities of offshore teams, including developers, testers, analysts, and support engineers. Collaborate with onshore delivery leads, project managers, and client stakeholders to define project plans, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies. Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation in delivery operations. Ensure compliance with organizational security, quality, and governance policies. Provide technical and delivery leadership to teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Manage resource planning, workload distribution, and performance evaluations for offshore team members. Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics to senior management and clients. Support pre-sales, estimation, and transition activities for new engagements. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred). Relevant years of IT delivery experience, with at least Relvant years in a leadership role managing offshore delivery teams. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and DevOps practices. Proven track record in managing distributed teams across multiple time zones. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Experience working with global clients, preferably in BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, or Technology domains. Preferred Qualifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum Master/SAFe) certification. Experience in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) or data platforms. Exposure to ITIL processes and service delivery management.
