Job Description

Mabara Manufacturing Company is looking for a highly experienced and dedicated Service & Customer Relationship Manager with 8–10 years of experience in the elevator electronics industry.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of elevator controllers, VVVF drives, door drives, ARD systems, and elevator electronic components, along with excellent customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer service operations, coordinating with technical teams, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining long-term business relationships with customers across India and overseas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee customer service operations and technical support activities.
• Handle customer complaints, service requests, and technical escalations professionally.
• Coordinate with service engineers and technicians to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, dealers, distributors, and OEM clients.
• Provide technical guidance regarding elevator controllers, Fuji VVVF drives, door drives, ARD systems, and related electronic products.
• Monitor warranty claims, product failures, service repairs, and replacement requests.
• Coordinate with production, quality control, and sales departments to resolve customer issues.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending service cases and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain service reports, customer complaint records, and service performance reports.
• Manage and guide the service support team to improve response time and service quality.
• Support customers through telephone, WhatsApp and email.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, EEE, ECE, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in the elevator or elevator electronics industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of elevator controllers, VVVF drives, ARD systems, door drives, and electronic control boards.
• Experience in customer relationship management and technical service operations.
• Proven ability to handle critical customer complaints and technical escalations.
• Experience in managing service engineers and technical support teams.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and service documentation.
• Fluency in English and Tamil; Hindi proficiency will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates from elevator manufacturing companies, elevator controller manufacturers, or elevator automation companies.
• Previous experience as a Service Manager, Technical Support Manager, Customer Service Manager, or Service Operations Manager.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to handle multiple customer service cases.
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to timely service and long-term business relationships.
