Service Advisor / Trainee

Job Description:

Uniride Honda is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team in Malappuram, Kottakkal & PonnaniThis role is perfect for freshers who are eager to enter the automobile industry and develop their customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and listen to their service requirements for their two-wheelers.
• Assist in the check-in process for vehicles needing repairs or maintenance.
• Provide regular updates to customers on their vehicle's service status.
• Help prepare service job cards, estimates, and documentation for customer approval.
• Build strong relationships with customers by addressing any questions or concerns.
• Collaborate with mechanics and technicians to ensure smooth service operations.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic knowledge of automobiles (preferable but not mandatory).
• Freshers are encouraged to apply; comprehensive training will be provided.
