Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Server Engineer with hands-on experience in server administration, Linux environments, virtualization, storage management, and backup and recovery. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining server infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring system availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers.
• Perform Linux server administration, monitoring, and routine maintenance.
• Manage virtualization environments using VMware and vCenter.
• Handle storage administration, including SAN, NAS, RAID, and LVM.
• Perform backup, recovery, and data restoration activities.
• Monitor server performance, availability, and system health.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, operating system, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Apply system patches, updates, and security configurations as required.
• Maintain technical documentation, server inventory, and incident reports.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve infrastructure issues.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in Linux Administration.
• Knowledge of VMware, vCenter, and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with SAN/NAS storage, RAID configurations, and LVM.
• Understanding of backup and recovery procedures.
• Strong server troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of server hardware, networking, and IT infrastructure.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in server administration or IT infrastructure support.
• Practical experience in managing servers, storage, and virtualization environments.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
