Job Overview

FIXLY Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring skilled technicians for server installation, configuration, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and hardware replacement across client locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and deploy rack, tower, and blade servers, including server mounting, cabling, power connections, and network configuration.
• Perform BIOS configuration, firmware updates, RAID configuration, operating system installation, and hypervisor installation.
• Configure Windows Server, Linux Server, virtualization platforms, and support VMware and Hyper-V deployments.
• Configure storage systems and set up backup servers, file servers, and application servers.
• Perform server diagnostics, maintenance, health checks, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot RAID, firmware, hardware, and server performance issues.
• Replace or upgrade server components, including disks, RAM, power supply units (PSUs), and cooling fans.
• Perform firmware upgrades and ensure reliable server operation.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of server hardware, operating systems, networking, and storage configuration.
• Understanding of RAID, BIOS, firmware, and virtualization technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot server hardware and software issues.
• Willingness to travel to client locations and perform on-site assignments.
• Relevant technical qualifications or hands-on experience preferred.
