Server Assembly & Test Technician

You'll be joining our team in Bangalore as a skilled Server Assembly & Test Technician. Your main responsibility will be assembling rackmount servers from components, installing various hardware components, running quality tests, and ensuring readiness for production. Key Responsibilities: - Assemble servers by installing motherboards, CPUs, memory modules, drives, and other components - Connect cabling, power harnesses, and backplanes with proper routing - Power on systems, run BIOS/BMC checks, and perform functional tests - Follow ESD and safety procedures at all times - Support electrical safety tests with provided equipment Qualifications Required: - Immediate availability or a notice period of 30 days is preferred - Experience in assembling servers, workstations, or electronic systems - Skills in CPU/heatsink installation and thermal paste application - Knowledge of ESD best practices - Ability to follow detailed build procedures and maintain accurate logs - Diploma / ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Hardware (or equivalent experience) - 2+ years hands-on hardware assembly experience is preferred Please note this role is based in Whitefield, Bangalore and is a full-time position with a competitive salary and performance bonus.,
