Who are we looking for? We’re looking for an experienced and analytical SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and maximize ROI for our clients. What will you do? Conduct keyword research to guide content teams and inform strategy. Perform on-page optimization including meta tags, internal linking, URL structure, and site speed improvements. Manage and execute off-page SEO strategies such as link building and outreach campaigns. Perform regular technical SEO audits and implement fixes (crawling, indexing, sitemaps, robots.txt, etc.). Monitor and analyze website performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Track, report, and analyze SEO KPIs and performance metrics. Collaborate with content, social media, design, and development teams to align SEO strategies with broader marketing goals. Stay up to date with the latest search engine algorithm changes and SEO best practices. Create SEO performance reports and client-facing updates. Who can be the ninja? 1+ years of experience in SEO (preferably in a digital agency environment). Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc. Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Why us?
